Keeping You Fit (and Sane) During COVID-19

We know there is much concern and search for normalcy during this time. That is why we at PFP have been acting quickly to help provide you with resources as many of us are confined to our homes. Here is our plan of action thus far to help keep you both fit and sane during Covid-19:

  1. PFP will be hosting live stream workouts on the PFP Instagram page. These classes will run Monday – Friday (starting tomorrow, March 17) during the gym’s closure at both 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.
  2. Once these workouts are completed via the live stream, they will be made available to the public via the PFP YouTube channel
  3. We will also be posting written workouts each day
  4. On Sunday, March 22, our yoga instructor Devan will provide a live-streamed yoga class at 10:00 am for those wanting to participate.
Our main goal is to continue to provide our clients with resources to help them stay on track with their goals and health. We’re looking to the bright side, thankful for the safety of staff and clients, and looking forward to utilizing these new tools for truly customizable fitness.
