SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
Power Hour – Strong
This class will test your strength limits and be split into two parts. This first half of the class will focus on one of the 4 major lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, and Bench Press. The second half of the class will focus on accessory strength movements. Mondays- Push/Pull focus Wednesdays- Squat focus Fridays-Hinge focus
Power Hour – Sports Conditioning
This Power Hour class is designed to cover your cardio, strength, and core all in one class! Varying intervals, sport specific drills, stamina, balance, and full body sculpting are just a few of the areas covered during the hour. You’ll also experience running drills, jumping rope, and some kick-boxing drills.
Power Hour – Primal
PFP Primal is a one hour class focusing on total body strength and conditioning. During class we will use non-traditional strength implements such as tires, steel mace, kettlebells, sleds, ropes and slamballs.
Power Hour – Kettlebell
A strength and mobility class for all ages and fitness levels. We will perform movement and multi-joint based exercises for the whole body to help you increase your stamina, flexibility and strength.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS WEIGHTLIFTING EXPERIENCE ! THIS MEANS THE SNATCH AND CLEAN AND JERK This will be a team weightlifting session lead by a certified i instructor designed to improve your clean and jerk and snatch. Programming delivered via TrueCoach.
10-13 year old Strength Training
This Class is designed to teach fundamentals in strength training for the developing athlete . Ages 10-13 are welcome . Class emphasis is technique, safety , and athletic development. We will learn to use Dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells.
