  • PFP small group training courses are set up to cover a specific discipline, which differs from out standard PFP Method classes. Courses will have 2 – 6 participants per class and will meet once a week at an assigned day/time for 6 weeks. A curriculum will be provided. Participants are expected to show up on time for course classes.

  • Yes! PFP will run other courses approximately every 6 weeks throughout the year. Stay tuned for more courses!

  • No, you can just report to the first class. If you have any fitness concerns prior to the start of a course, schedule a FREE fitness assessment through out GET STARTED tab on our website.

  • No, once you sign up for a particular day/time, you need to finish the course on that day/time. Consistency is key!

  • No, PFP will not provide refunds after you sign up. We want participants to commit to their courses!

  • If you are the only participant who signs up for that course day/time, we will ask you to move to another day/time. If you are unable to make a change, then a refund will be provided in that case.

  • One make up class will be provided at the end of each course for any missed classes. Any other missed course time is the responsibility of the participant.

  • Yes! PFP members or friends/family members of current PFP clients can sign up with a discount code: PFPFAM and receive a $20 discount.

All small group courses are 6 weeks in duration.
