WOMEN’S
STRENGTH
Our Women's Strength Training Class will provide beginners with a structured and supportive small group environment to introduce the fundamentals of strength training. You will learn proper techniques and progressions to ensure you exercise safely and effectively. We’ll cover the basics of the barbell squat, deadlift, bench press, and more. You’ll receive personalized attention, encouragement, and the opportunity to progress at your own pace. No prior strength training experience is required to participate! Class will be held one time per week for a duration of 6 weeks.
