While it’s impossible for me to write about every kind of injury you may be experiencing, here are some ideas through trial and error in my fitness path that may help you get back on track to reaching your goals sooner and getting your health back on track.

There were times where I ate some things that I told myself I would never again before a workout. That’s because I noticed a major decrease in my performance or my stomach just didn’t feel right the whole workout. With that being said, my diet changes depending on my workout. I will also say that just because these things work for me, doesn’t mean that it will work for you.

At Pittsburgh Fitness Project, we chose to focus on the process because it is the strategy that allows for the most long-term success while increasing our fun to success ratio. No matter what the outcome goal is, hitting the goal will not bring us happiness by itself. FOUR GOALS FOR TRAINING
