GOAL SETTING AT PFP

This month at PFP, we introduced a more formalized goal-setting process and instituted weekly check-ins. We have done this to help better frame out workouts, add an additional layer of accountability, and help our coaches communicate better with all of the members at Pittsburgh Fitness Project. 

This is available for ALL current PFP members at no additional charge. Members will also be able to meet with their coaches in person to follow up. As with any program at PFP, members can opt-out at any time.

Weekly check-in surveys will be sent out every Friday afternoon. Members are asked to thoughtfully answer the questions to the best of their ability. Coaches will be able to read and respond to your answers in class, during sessions, etc. 

By participating in goal setting and the weekly check-ins, you will be able to maximize the value of your membership.
