MEET THE TRAINER: NIKHOLAS PARKER
His Background
Nikholas received his BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison). He found his way into personal training through his lifelong passion for athletics. After growing up in southern Connecticut, Nikholas had multiple athletic offers across collegiate divisions for basketball but ultimately accepted UW-Madison’s track and field program offer. Nikholas is confident he could bust your ass in just about any race or a game of 1 on 1. You name it!
During college, Nikholas continued his passion for athletic development. Having had the privilege to have been a part of such a prestigious program, Nikholas was able to see firsthand how the top runners trained week to week in order to perform their best on the field. A valuable experience he now lends to his personal training.
Nikholas accepted a job offer to move to Pittsburgh in the spring of 2022. While working as a financial analyst, Nikholas started training individuals in the Pittsburgh area in his free time, and he found a true passion for working with clients to improve their strength, endurance, and overall health. During the summer of 2023, Nikholas decided to pursue his true passion and made the decision to start personal training full-time.
