  • The Teen Weightlifting Program at PFP Barbell is designed to introduce teens to barbell exercises and movement in a safe, positive, and supportive environment. 

  • The first month is free, and if the athletes decide to continue, the program costs $100/month after that. 

  • There is no obligation to sign up after the first month, and you will NOT be billed unless you sign up AFTER the first month. 

  • It is good for any teen looking to get stronger, gain confidence, and get active. 

  • No experience is required. 

  • Once a Teen Athlete demonstrates the ability to follow a program and perform movements in a consistently safe manner, they may, at the discretion of the coach, be moved into the normal PFP Barbell custom programming. 

  • Each day there will be a set workout assigned to the class. 

  • The coach will lead the warm-up and demonstrate and teach every movement.
