BLOG GRAPHIC: THE GREATEST GIFT. Image of woman doing pull up at gym.

The greatest gift I’ve ever received that didn’t come wrapped in a check would definitely be my coaches! When I first walked into PFP, I was a stay-at-home mom in desperate need of an escape from my own four walls. Enter Gina and Caleb—two wonderful humans who convinced me to get back into fitness after I’d let it all go (you know, thanks to the magic of having babies).

Getting Back into It

I’ll admit, I was hesitant. My body had gone from pre-kids superhero to post-kids "Everything hurts and I’m dying" status. But Gina and Caleb weren’t about to let me back out. They were so encouraging, I couldn't say no even if I was secretly terrified that the next time I deadlifted, I'd pee my pants. (Another “joy” of having babies)

Almost a Year Later

Now, almost a year later, I’ve rediscovered my love for training—and my confidence! Thanks to their support, I’m even gearing up to compete in the Liftmas meet! Who knew a hot mess mom could become a weightlifting enthusiast again after so many years?

They’ve been the best coaches, but more importantly, they’ve become great friends. They've helped me find myself again! For that, I’ll be forever grateful!

Continuing the Journey:

I’m beyond excited to keep leveling up my fitness journey with the dynamic duo, Gina and Caleb! If you're where I was not too long ago or if you're just starting your fitness adventure, I highly recommend coming in for a free assessment with these two incredible coaches—or any of the other rockstars at PFP. Everyone here knows their stuff and is seriously the funniest crew I’ve ever worked with. The vibe and the community will have you looking forward to your next workout (yes, even the snatches)!
