TUNA STEAKS
This one is super-fast - all you’re really prepping is a quick marinade. We got tuna steaks from Wholey's and have eaten this twice already this summer!
Ingredients
2 tuna steaks
Marinade Ingredients
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
Prep
Mix the marinade ingredients together
You can put the marinade into a baking dish and sit the tuna steaks in the marinade or put everything in a freezer bag
Marinate for at least 30 minutes. If using a baking dish, flip the steaks halfway through
Sear the tuna steaks in a cast iron skillet for several minutes on each side, cooking to your preference
Serve with your favorite salad for a light, quick meal
